anyone know if babies can eat it ?

it is a root veg. so i assumed they can. just thought i'd check if anyone knows.

Yes, they can eat it. You can puree it easily and it tastes nice mixed with other veg like carrots, potatoes or squash. It mixes nicely with apples and pears as well, oddly enough!

We always eat celeriac pureed with apples and creme fraiche (or yogurt or cream). Comes out really fluffy and lovely.
