quick and yummy fish fry!
take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander pwdr, half tsp red chilli or paprika pwdr, half tsp cumin pwdr, half tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, half tsp carom seed, 1 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp olive oil.
mix all the ingredients well and apply on the fish. leave it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hrs. fry on both sides and serve hot with chips. you can try with coley and sea bass both make delicious fish fry.
