Silly question about orange flavouring

Indith's cookies from recipe of the week have gone down ridiculously well, particuarly when I made up a batch with coco powder and white chocolate buttons :) But I'd liek to do chocolate orange ones for a party tomorrow, but have no idea how to do something which should be so simple Blush Would I just put some orange juice in? I think it would make the mixture too runny. Any advice? It would give me the perfect excuse to go and buy some cointreau Wink

You can get orange essence for things like this :)

I think you can get chocolate orange cocoa too which might work.

Another alternative is grating in orange zest

Ooo orange essence is just what I need. WOuld I just substitute it for the vanilla essence? I wonder if anywhere here actually sells it? Is a cook shop a good bet? Or Lakeland?

Yep, works like vanilla essence. Sainsbury's and Waitrose near me sell it, so any big supermarket is likely to have it in.
