Are they difficult to get right? Worried I'll overcook them, I have a habit of doing that with cakes.

The raw mix was lovely, had to check it

I actually overcooked them a little! Took them out a lot earlier than the recipe said but they were still a bit dry. Will try again, they were lovely.

Brownies are a bit tricky, a good recipe is important, but you also need to pay a lot of attention to not undercooking & even more important to not overcooking. If you try them a couple more times you'll learn when to take them out of the oven (it really depends on your particular oven). They're perfect when they're a bit squidgy inside but not undercooked.
