Panasonic Bread Maker - Dough recipes

Need to make some bread/rolls for an event at the weekend. Can anyone advise me how many rolls you get out of a typical 550g flour recipe ? Also is the one in the book just for a single French stick (250g flour)? I'll need to do several batches, does the dough keep or should I use it straightaway ?

Help, book says 10-15 mins in oven , is that really enough ?
