Raw unpasteurised butter?

I had some lovely gorgeous unpasteurised butter in a restaurant last night and wondered if anyone knew where I can buy some from? It was so tasty!

have to google it...bound to find it made a an artisan. Bet it was stunning.

It was! So creamy. Makes you wonder why we put up with the stuff we get in supermarkets! Won't be good for the waistline though. (I had it in the Fat Duck so it was all amazing!)
