What to do with them? Only got 3, so no big chutney-making sessions or anything

They're both Cafes, meltedmarsbars. Of course now I'm thinking about Diner....

Wrap in newspaper and put in a cool dark Cupboard to ripen (I think with a banana).

Did this with all the green toms off my plants at the end of summer and it worked although they fo take a week to ripen.
