Yes, I have it, its in Tender Vol 2

200g dark 70 pc choc
75g butter
225g light brown sugar
2 eggs
vanilla extract
50g skinned hazelnuts
150g self raising flour

Oven 10c/Gas 4. Melt choc in bowl over simmering water. Turn off heat as soon as its melted. Cream butter and sugar with mixer until smooth and creamy. Whisk eggs a little with vanilla in a little bowl then add gradually to butter and sugar, beating constantly. Add melted choc. Toast hazelnuts in a pan until golden shaking so they colour evenly. Grind nuts to consistency of gravel then remove half and continue grinding the rest until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add flour and both textures of nut mixture. Stop beating as soon as all combined. Place large heaped tablespoons of the mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Makes 9 large biscuits. Mix is fine to wait a few mins if you are doing a few batches. Don't be tempted to flatten the biscuits, they will do so in the oven.

Bake for 10 mins. Cookies will have spread and be very soft to the touch. Remove from oven and set aside to cool a little. As soon as they are cool enough to move without breaking, slide a palette knife underneath and carefully lift them to a cooling rack. Keep well in biscuit tin for a few days.

Enjoy!
