What can I put on my riveta?

It has to be cold as I'd be eating at work.

tuna mayo

marmite & tomato

philly and a slice of tomato

cheese and cue

Sainsbury's do a cream cheese with black pepper, which is lovely. I have it on bagels, but would be nice on ryvita too

I like them with philly and cucumber or peanut butter and banana.

If you must eat them I'm told the mini pots of red pepper humous are loverly.

you need to assemble them at work, otherwise they go soggy

Ah, the hummus sounds niiiiice!

Got philly in too, don't know why it never occurred to me to treat the riveta like a sandwich!
