Rabbit recipes

Any good ideas for what I can do with rabbit? I have it coming out of my ears.

The best rabbit I ever had was in a bar in Burgundy and it was done in a cream & wholegrain mustard sauce - although not mahoosively hot with mustard. Twas lush & served over boiled rice laced with butter. This recipe looks right as far as the photo goes anyway!
I think Jamie does something - Essex Fried Rabbit maybe??? Anyway I seem to think its rabbit in a KFC stylee.
