What you're having, so long as it's not salty!

Otherwise, fruit, toast, cheese, crackers, breadsticks, dried fruit, olives, unsalted crisps.

Just ideas really not recipes (you can tell my parenting style Grin )

I second breadsticks. Also boiled or steamed veg, eg carrot sticks or broccoli. Or cubes of cheese. Or baby oatcakes.

If it's actual recipes you are after, try marinading strips of chicken in yoghurt. You can add spices (coriander and cumin are nice), herbs, garlic, lemon etc for flavour. Similarly omelettes: try spinach and parmesan or garlic mushroom.

Thank you! Just marinated some chicken strips and someone has suggested strips of salmon rolled in porridge oats then baked so will try that too.
