Sea bass and feta

That's wrong, surely?

I went to a place today which had a dish consisting of sea bass and feta cheese.

This is madness, no?

it doesn't sound very sensible to me but perhaps I'm missing something.

Just us then??

Everyone else happily eating and enjoying sea bass and feta cheese together.

Weird. IMHO

tbh, as a very general rule I don't think of fish and cheese going together. Exceptions abound of couse. tuna melt on rye being a favourite.

I always find Sea Bass rather wasted on me, bland and not a very nice texture. I can't think why it is so often hyped up as being so good (except that it is sustainable). Feta might well pick it up a bit.
