Old Delia Recipe - Chicken & Sherry

Does anyone have this? It's chicken baked with onions, potatoes, sherry and sherry vinegar. My friend made it for me once and it was delicious. I think it might have been in her Spring Collection book??

Is it Chicken with sherry vinegar and tarragon sauce? There isn't any potatoes in the recipe but it does say serve with tiny new potatoes.
