Help! Other things to do with pumpkin - not soup!

I have managed to grow a zillion pumpkins on my allotment. Pumpkin soup is lovely but we're sick of it already. Any other ideas? (yes, I'm well set for halloween....

Oh, here is my favourite regular pumpkin recipe. It's pumpkin bread, which is quite a bit like carrot cake, or banana bread, IYSWIM. Not really bread at all. Very tasty.

I made pumpkin ravioli last night - it was very delicious but that is mainly because you have to stew the pumpkin in butter- boy does lots of butter taste good
