I am doing a finger buffet for a wedding and am looking for ideas, the bride doesn't eat meat (but eats fish/seafood), she wants to keep it quite simple. What food can i do thats quick to prepair?

Wraps are good - filled tightly with say roast veg and houmous, or cream cheese with dried cranberries and spring onions - sliced into finger pieces.

And of course prawns with dips.

Crab cakes - mini - thai style....

Ummmm.... sure someone else will come up with more!

Sushi ?

Depends on budget too....

Oooh - just thought of something else easy and yummy. Big sheet of puff pastry - cut into small suares, spread with pesto or tomato paste (leaving gap at edges), then chuck onion on, tomatoes, grated courgette bit or something, top with cheese and cook -VOILA.

Also - and this is only for marmite lovers - and might be tacky, but sooooo yummy. Mix butter and marmite, then get loaf of thin bread, and flatten it with a rolling pin... cut crusts off, spread with the mix and make into kind of swiss roll and slice into finger pieces...

(you cna tell my parties are classy Grin)
