Probably not. I find that since food is an inherant part of life and general daily affairs, they learn as they grow.

I wouldn't buy one, no. I wouldn't actively object to it, so if I found it in a holiday cottage, for example, I'd happily suggest it to ds.

Nope, makes too much of an "issue" out of a healthy diet. It should be normality, not a game.
