Overestimated how much lamb it would take to feed the extended family a few weeks ago, and put the cooked lamb into the freezer!
Took it out to defrost last night, completely defrosted now - DH reckons it's good to stick on a sandwich.
Is it? Or shall I reheat it anyway?
And how long for?
Think I may need to namechange after this
my lack of culinary skills knows no bounds.
