Frozen lamb question

Overestimated how much lamb it would take to feed the extended family a few weeks ago, and put the cooked lamb into the freezer!
Took it out to defrost last night, completely defrosted now - DH reckons it's good to stick on a sandwich.
Is it? Or shall I reheat it anyway?
And how long for?
Think I may need to namechange after this Blush my lack of culinary skills knows no bounds.

Mince it up with a carrot and onion and make shepherds pie - by far the best shepherds pies are made with roasted lamb leftovers!

I wouldn't reheat, so long as you defrosted gradually & properly and have refridgerated it since then.

I'd go with meltedmarsbars suggestion, no problem with reheating any meat as long as it's reheated properly.

i think its more pork and chicken ,you have to be more careful about.
