Is it any good - does it actually make a discernable difference to anything you squidge it in?

Saw it in the supermarket the other day and apparently it has 'spellbinding flavours'... Hmm.

Unami is the name for the savoury taste, so I imagine it's just a herb/salt/spice mix.

Worcester sauce will do the same thing.

Or Soy Sauce or Marmite or Cheese.

I whack the end of Parmesan into a stew or something to add a bit of richness sometimes.

Thanks!

I'll dig the parmesan out of the fridge instead...

I got a tube and have added it to tomato, onion and garlic sauce (which is an overused staple here) and to a chilli-con-carne.

It definitely added a good flavour, not as vinegarey as Worcester sauce - not sure it was spellbinding though Hmm

Reckon it'd be delicious on bruschetta

I make a discernable difference to everything you squidge me in.
