Minced lamb ragu... help!

have added (to 500g lamb mince) one lamb stock cube, 1 tin tomatoes, some chopped olives, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and in desparation, some ketchup.... it's bland.

What do I need to do?

a pinch of cinnamon as it works with moussaka!
a glug of worcester is always good too
