Osso bucco

I have just made osso bucco for dinner tonight.

For one reason and another we can't eat it (major plumbling problem, canceling dinner party, dh sick and off food so that just leaves me)

Can I freeze it?

Yes, I am sure you can. You can then reheat it in the Microwave later.

Yes. When you reheat(I'd add a little more liquid and let it bubble slowly on the hob for an hour), to serve put a bit of chopped parsley and grated lemon rind in it. Makes all the difference. Hope everything gets back to normal and you get to eat it soon.
