Ok so I am addicted to salmon!! I have honey roasted salmon flaked almost every day and fillets of salmon for tea. I know you are meant to have some fish when pregnant but is this too much??? Can it harm my baby?

Um maybe not everyday! Full of vitamins and minerals which are good for you and baby.
I think they say 2/3 portions of fish a week, 1 should be oily.
I don't tend to stick to this though.

A pregnant mum at school has just got out of hospital after a nasty bout of food poisoning from salmon. Good salmon, she cooked it, well in date, apparently a bug that lives in salmon that doctors are aware of that is not killed by cooking.

I'd steer clear.
