Beef Goulash

I'm making a beef goulash today and thought that I would make double so that I have a freezer meal for another day.

Can I freeze it with the sour cream in, or should I take half out of the pot before I put the cream in?

I always add the sour cream on the table in a big dollop, so I always freeze without.
