The satsuma cake

I have been out to sainsburys and got the ingredients, good deal on satsuma's and cream cheese there today.

How much water do you boil the satsuma's with?

The cake is now cooling and I had a taste of the bits that stuck to the tin with the mixed up cream cheese, yummy.
