I need shallots for my Moroccan lamb tagine but cannot find any anywhere!!! Have tried all supermarkets in the area. Should i just use onions??

Also, am supposed to serve some 'harissa' with the tagine (its a mixture of red peppers and chilli etc..) but i found a can of harissa yesterday and thought i'd use that instead. Anyone know how? do you just serve it straight from tin?

Thanksss

Just use onions, instead of shallots; it'll be fine.

Can't help with the harissa though, sorry!
