Can I freeze mini pancakes??? And if so what's the best way to reheat. The microwave always turns things a bit strange I think. I am sure I can work this out all by myslef but just seeing if I can svae myself the time on experimentation.

Cheers

Hi to another Fifi!! I made some mini pancakes for Christmas and freshened them up nicely. Place loosely in a polythene bag, sealing it up. Place in the microwave for about 30 seconds - if doing it for any longer you will need to make a couple of small holes in the bag. If after this the pancakes are slightly warm to the touch they will be OK to put cold food on. If you want to make them hot then do for longer.

It is worth puttin a sheet of greaseproof paper between each pancake to stop them sticking together.
