I am staggered by the waste of all the fish that was thrown over board during fishing. Typical Euro mess-up! I am going to sign the petition on channel 4 site. Meanwhile, I have bought Mackerel and for lunch having it with horseradish and dill Mayonaise. Yum! Tomorrow we are having the Coley Curry recipe that Jamie did and from now on I shall by sustainable line caught fish for our meals and for recipes for my next cookbook.
Does anyone have a good recipe for mackerel that does not use gooseberries, rhubarb or elderflower?
