How could dh take these to work?

DH is thinking of making these for work.

He leaves really early in the morning so needs to just grab and go. If he were to freeze as the recipe says he would need to bake them before leaving which isn't an option.

How else could he make them and have one ready in the morning to take to work?

you would feeze them and then the day before take it out of the freezer and pop in the oven and cook

then cool down put in tupperware and place in fridge.

That way he can have one per week and soemthing else on the other days so he doesn't get bored or eat to much pastry

Can you just make them and have them in the fridge ready to heat in the microwave? Defrost one each night (what am I saying, he's going to need two isn't he?!)

Yum.

Cook them, then freeze them, take out of freezer the night before to defrost, reheat in microwave at work.

Was a bit worried about the pastry being soggy if frozen cooked
