I have been given some posh bacon what can I do with it?

My mum gave me about 500g of some lovely posh waitrose bacon - I want to make something nice with it other than bacon butties or 'just' chopping it into a lasagne or something! Anyone got any ideas?

well if it is really nice tasting bacon then I wouldn't do much with it for risk of masking the tase. Bacon butties sound good to me!

Agree with starfish - don't do anything that would hide the tasty bacony goodness. Just eat it.

buy some posh bread lest your normal bread feels slighted by the posh bacon and construct posh bacon butty. eat with your little finger extended

Its probably not that posh - just when you're used to tesco value - waitrose free range is a luxury :)
