For something I can make for DC to take in packed lunch tomorrow please anyone?

Have half a dozen eggs, plenty of flour and only Stork, no butter left.

White choc, no dark, and only one packet of that Menier patissiere stuff or whatever it's called.

Have syrup and all that stuff, bit low on veg oil so muffins not too do-able.

I'm stumped - bored of flapjack.

Darn it, I was going to say muffins. White chocolate cookies?

FunnysInTheGarden · 11/01/2011 23:07

are you mad? It's 11 o'clock at night as you say. Have you nothing else in the house that will do for lunch? If not just give them the white chocolate Grin

hobbgoblin · 11/01/2011 23:32

lol @ give them white choc.

Cookies I could do. Have some cranberries to go with actually.

How much is minimum fl oz of oil I'd need for muffins?

Do you do this every night?! I've never made muffins, sorry.

hobbgoblin · 11/01/2011 23:37

No, we have run out of penguin bars!

I do it about once a week, maybe twice and not usually in the hour before midnight either Wink

Oh god you are a good mum, thinking baking at this hour.

I personally would just eat the chocoalte and give 'em an apple.

GrimbleFreud · 11/01/2011 23:41

these are good, I don't bother with the pecans and I substitute dried apricots for the cranberries.

Nosnowplease · 11/01/2011 23:43

Google annabel karmel white choc and cranberry xmas cookies. they are delish!

piprabbit · 11/01/2011 23:43

Do you have any rice crispies or cornflakes - I'd be making crispie cakes if pushed (although would actually probably just eat chocolate myself and deny all knowledge in the am).

Nosnowplease · 11/01/2011 23:44

yummy

GrimbleFreud · 11/01/2011 23:45

It's practically midnight.

Don't bake.

Chop up the chocolate and mix it with some nuts and dried fruit in a little pot.

Baking at midnight is madness.

Thank you all, got a concoction of several recipes in the oven.

White choc, pecan and apricot cookies. Will eat one as reward to self.
