Lamb steaks

They are on offer at Waitrose.
I normally cook shoulder of lamb or casserole it-can I do steaks in the oven in a sauce?
Has anyone any nice recipes?

Lamb steaks are lovely grilled - just brush them with a little oil and herbs (Rosemary if you have it). Serve with mash potato, or moroccan couscous, or salad and garlic bread or flavoured rice. Let me know if you want more details.
