Bought in a moment of pre-party panic and never used. Should I make a batch of cakes and ice them with it or should I just throw it in the bin?

Is it in date? - if so I'd use it - you might as well. Have you tasted it to see what it's like?

Make the cakes :) shame to throw it away!

Get a large spoon, put your feet up and eat it all. You may feel a tad sick but it'll be yummy (I hope.....never had any myself!)
