Does anyone have any, which preferably don't involve low fat natural yogurt?

I have my mum visiting in 2 days time and she's on a doctor advised low chol diet - so don't want to muck it up for her.

Thanks

Fruit salads!

I'm not being funny, but puddings are soooo fatty!

Anything based on fruit is much better.

I was thinking of a home made meringue with a fruit sauce. Would all the sugar and the egg whites make it bad???

Sugar is surprisingly pretty bad for cholesterol due to the metabolic effects of it. So a less sweet option might be better! Fruits are always a good choice - you could do them baked with some vanilla extract and serve with evaporated milk or just by itself it's lovely.

How about a banana cake with less sugar and some raisins, made with veg oil in place of butter (about half the amount).

Oh and dark vegan chocolate is low in cholesterol so that melted to dip fruits in to would be nice?
