I have 4 and I don't want to chuck them is there something I could make them into for pudding?

I also have bananas, milk, eggs, custard, greek yoghurt, sugar, chocolate sauce and loads of other stuff. There must be a recipe out there somewhere.

Some sort of bread and butter pudding style thing?

Trifle!

There is a Nigella recipe for brioche orange bread and butter pudding. Could slightly adapt it. I use more custard than she does and leave it to soak a bit longer. It is very good.

Chocolate brioches and butter pudding. Like bread and butter pudding but better!

You could always just microwave them for 20 seconds and hey presto they wll be fresh again[smiale].

MM some kind of trifle sounds good, I'm not really a fan of bread and butter pudding, but the dcs might eat it.

How would that trifle go? something like cut up bananas and brioche in the dish with chocolate sauce and custard on top maybe some grated chocolate on topSmile

Your bananas might go a bit soggy, but if you layer it just before you eat it it could work. Sounds yummy

Although, you need some kind of fluid to make the brioche soft.

Um.

Orange jelly? With mandarine segments if you have any. Would that work?
