Routine is, chuck ingredients in at breakfast, leave on low, spoon out at teatime (5ish)
But my recipes are
Browned beef casserole meat, chopped mushrooms and red pepper, bottle ale, stock cube.
Or as above with stilton instead of ale.
Bolognese - brown mince, add with pack passata/chopped toms, worcester sauce, mushrooms, red pepper(gues which veg DH will eat...) stoick cube, half glass red wine
Whole chicken, squeeze lemon over and throw it in, add some thyme if you feel like it.
Whole chicken breast, chorizo, chopped toms, chick peas.
Chicken breast pieces browned in curry paste, tin coconut milk.
Chicken legs, green pesto, bit of water (like 100ml)
trick is to not use a lot of liquid and never lift the lid!
