I would say no point batch cooking chicken unless it's a chicken casserole

you can defrost and chop chicken pieces and cook them up in 20 mins

green curry won't freeze well I don't think

maybe a chicken curry would though?

sorry I wouldn't bother

also wouldn't batch freeze soup tbh

Yes, chicken curry freezes. Lots of options there with different sauces etc.

Yes you can defrost it and chop it up, but without a microwave it takes ages, and then you have to wash up the knife and chopping board.

Although if you are in a rush you can chop chicken using scissors and then you don't have to wash up a board :)

Batch frozen soup is a lifesaver for me. I freeze it in portion sizes, means there is always something healthy ready in a few minutes.

I also buy a large chicken, halve it down the backbone, put each half in a large ziplock bag with a marinade of chopped thyme, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Take it out of the freezer in the morning, by the evening it's ready to roast and only takes about 40 mins in the fan oven.

Chicken goujons freeze v well, I do them in containers with layers of greaseproof between the layers so I only take out as many as I need. Same for fish goujons.

Also how about something like chicken supreme - my mum used to make it with baxter's condensed soup, but I'm sure you could find a healthier recipe.
