I don't know....
But I went to a German christening and could hardly believe the amount of cake they put away. As a cake fan myself, I knew I was outclassed.

Do you mean they the Germans? I am german and would never eat cake for breakfast, nor anybody I know. Plenty of cake for afternoon Kaffee und Kuchen though!

GeorgeEliot · 09/01/2011 21:44

I have German in-laws and they sometimes serve up a bundt cake for breakfast in our honour. Not every day though!
