Has anyone tried the Cheese Society?

I've just got my first box and I'm SO disappointed! The selection is really boring, 3 hard British cheeses, one soft goats cheese and a french blue. I'll never do it again. I was so excited about it. DH got me three months worth for my Christmas present.

This month's looks yummy - but that's just me!

Do you think so? I think it's rubbish! I'd have been happy with one of the hard cheeses, any one of them, although I'm not the worlds biggest fan of Yarg, but three! They're all a bit samey.
I expect I'm going to end up cooking with them which is a huge pity when it cost so damn much.

I take your point...pretty safe - but it's your first box, perhaps they'll surprise you with the next two?! That Goat's cheese sounds delicious.
