QUICK ...... how long can I keep homemade soup for?

Made it on wednesday afternoon, has been in the fridge since, can I eat it today or should Ihave frozen it when I made it.
Its sweet potato and chorizo

If it's been in the fridge then I would eat it, but do the sniff test first Grin

of course it's fine. 3-4 days easily

it'll be fine :) I normally reckon 4 days is ok for most foods.

Maybe an extra day or two if it's something very yummy...

Depends how you cooked it and stored it. Several weeks if after cooking it was batched up into sterile containers and then refrigerated.

Rather less if you ate it with a spoon from the pot, left it out on the side all day and then put it uncovered in the fridge!!!
