Is there anything I can cook with this to avoid me having to drink it?!

SomewhereI have a recipe for advocaat cake - if I can find it I'll pass it on. I used to dish it up with whipped cream with advocaat dribbled over it (creme fraiche would do)

Mix it with whipped cream and have on a sponge pudding or sandwiched in a cake?

A trifle or tiramisu type affair?

THM - recipe for:-

ADVOCAAT DESSERT CAKE

6oz plain flour (SR should do without the baking powder)
1 rounded teaspoon baking powder
6oz soft butter
6oz caster sugar
4 eggs - saparated
8 fluid ounces advocaat

Oven 180C Fan 170 - 8" sponge tin

Grease and then flour the tin
Mix flour and baking powder
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, beat in the yolks.
Then beat in two thirds of the advocaat with a tablespoon of the flour.
Whisk the whites until firm - not as stiff as for meringues.
With the remaining advocaat and flour fold in the egg whites.
Put mix in tin and bake for approx. 1 hour.
