DH has asked me to make him some pasta salads to take to work for packed lunch. But i've always bought them and can't find a decent recipe to use.

Any ideas???

We love pasta mixed with lettuce, onions, garlic, baked peppers and balsamic vinegar. Tastes lovely hot or cold.

Tuna, cherry tomatoes (otherwise may be soggy) cucumber and a dollop of mayo and maybe some grated cheese.

I use a tin of mixed beans from sainsburys and just mix it in . We love it.

there's a yummy m&s one i always mean to copy which has chicken, honey/mustard mayonnaise, sweetcorn & red peppers in it.

I cook the pasta and when it's still warm add mayo.. diced cucumber, spring onions, and cooked salmon.... lovely and very filling...

how about pasta and tuna, again add the mayo when its still warm and also add cucumber, sweetcorn... what ever takes his fancy really...

does he have a fridge at work?

I mix mayo & pesto(not a lot) together, mix it in with the pasta, & add salad & cooked chicken pieces. My dh loves it.
Also same recipe but with wholegrain mustard mixed with mayo.
You can buy different cooked chicken from tesco in different flavours i.e tomato & basil, chinese style, bbq etc & these are lovely added to cold pasta & salad
