give me your chorizo ideas please...

dh bought a load when we were at the supermarket in France recently. I've got to use it soon so I'm looking for some quick and easy meal ideas for using it up.

I was addicted to this Jamie recipe for a while spanish chickpea and chorizo soup
It's cheap to make too, just leave out the posh ham, and substitute fresh tomatos for a tin

I love it in risotto with chicken and leeks.
Or just with leftover roast chicken and leeks and cream/creme fraiche for a pasta sauce.

I have some chorizo in at the moment actually so looking forward to trying some new ideas out, like the sound of the roast veg and the chorizo broccoli pasta :) ooh and have some dates to use up too....might have to try that as a snack as soon as everyone leaves the house so I don't have to share soon
