SLOW COOKER - Give me your fave recipe please

Just bought one today and the recipe book that came with it is well rubbish! HAs 5 recipes in it and doesnt tell you how many the recipes serve and it pretty broign stuff like chilli, rice pudding and coq au vin.

I'm looking forward to some recommendations. My only meal I cook in mine is bunging a whole chicken in for 8 hours.
