i've got two packs of minute steaks in the freezer, bought for steak sandwiches but wondered if any one has any other ideas? :-D

My mum used to make beef olives with them. Good quality sausage meat with a little onion, slightly softened in butter. Make into fat sausage type shape (but much thicker) and wrap in the minute steak. Pop in a casserole dish, top with gravy & cook in the oven.
