I have been really organised and made stock from the leftover turkey / carcas.

Can I freeze it? The turkey was not frozen.

Sorry, my mum is no longer here to ask such questions, but I am confident someone will help such a novice out. Xmas Blush
Thanks x

I've just frozen mine (after checking with my mum!). I've done it in ice cube trays so I can de-frost a small amount at a time.

Yes you can. I always make chicken stock when we have a roast and also did it with the turkey this year and usually freeze it. Great for making risotto soup etc. Ice cube trays a good idea.

Yes, you can freeze it. Reduce it as much as you can first, so that it doesn't take up so much room. If you can get it down to a really intense jelly, it's even easier to use. Make sure it doesn't start catching on the bottom of the pan though.

Thank you! And thank you to littlefish's mum!!

I shall freeze away. Xmas Smile
