A question about reheating...

I have red cabbage with apple and cranberry and also peas from a jamie oliver recipe, French style in stock , onion , lettuce ect. Leftover from a meal yesterday. The thing is , we made it the day before yesterday and reheated it yesterday. Can we reheat it again today , or will it make us all ill ? Hope this makes sense.

Can you get it seriously hot (pretty much boiling) or will that ruin it? If you can get it near boiling that should be ok.

I agree, if you can get it get it fully hot, then you should be fine.

So long as it's been kept nice and cool in the fridge.
