I just ordered a Slow Cooker! After some recipes please!

Just ordered a 6.5l one. Am really excited!

So what shall I cook in it? Any recommendations for something REALLY easy to start us off? Thanks :)

I roast chicken in mine- easy peasy

I bung carrot, celery, onion and garlic in the bottom to rest the bird on

Plus a splosh of wine/water/stock

Cook it all day

When you take it out, lift from underneath rather than pronging and lifting, as the meat can fall off the bone

Whats left in the cooker makes the BEST gravy E V E R
