i want to make fish stew and have been looking up recipes on the internet. a lot of the american ones include 'clam juice' - do you know if you can get this in london? or does anyone have a recipe they can recommend?

surely the liquor from steaming clams speparately or else use the liqour they come in when canned or in a jar
