We have leftover lamb fromxhristmas which I want to turn into a lamb casserole. But there is a lot. The lamb has already been cooked, so ifimake the casserole can I cool/refrigerate some and heat again the nextday? Ie heat3 times intotal?

I would, but I am lax about these things.

Make sure you heat it to properly piping hot, and cool it down quickly.

No - reheat only once. Just make enough casserole for one meal. Freeze the rest of the meat.
