recipe with cream to freeze

I have dome double cream that is unopened but recently expired so I need to use it asap. I was thinking of something that will freeze - maybe a dessert and maybe a dessert that is served in old gu ramekins. Any ideas?

Ice cream is the obvious choice.

Another one I do is a sort of chocolate meringue layer cake. I use six egg whites to make three discs of chocolate meringue and layer it up with whipped cream with melted chocolate mixed in. You could freeze it whole but I freeze it cut into quarters so that we can just take out a quarter whenever we're after a bit of pudding. Let me know if you want me to type out the recipe for you.
