Had my heart set on a v expensive one from the farm shop which had Cointreau in it but the MW ones were on offer in the co-op so bought one (under £3). Now getting a bit nervous(foodie family).

Anybody had one?

No but I have bought one because it was half price. Did buy a nice (hopefully) organic one too though, so we'll have that one on Christmas day and the MW one later! Sorry - no help. We usually have a Duchy one but I just couldn't bring myself to spend 14 pounds on a pudding this year, as dp's hours at work have been cut so much.

Yes. We had one last year. Yum.

I know we had a Riverford one last year and there was a gorgeous looking one in the Farm Shop but £14 I just couldn't bring myself.

Evil that's encouraging Grin. May I ask have you got evil twins?????

My twins are currently playing Strictly Come DAncing, honestly makes Anne Widdicombe look like Margot Fonteyn. Dtywin 2 has flu so housebound hence not being able to dither at the farm shop.

It did look nice, wrapped in muslin and everything.

Hurray for EvilTwins (we have to trust her cos she's a teacher, you know - I bet the puddings will be brilliant!). Grin

Hopes I've got the right person!

My twins are quite evil. They've been making me play hide and seek for the last hour and I have a hangover. That's evil.

MilaMae · 23/12/2010 12:36

Hmmm mine just made a "Christmas potion" thought it had gone quiet-shredded tinsel and broken polystyrene. Guess I better get the hoover out-again!!!!!!

Reassure me re the pudding again, I def don't need to dispatch dp out to said farm shop do I??????

I don't think so. My mum got a JW one for us last year as she'd read some reviews in a magazine which recommended it. It was very nice indeed.

EvilTwinsAteRudolph · 23/12/2010 13:19

JW? MW. Obviously.

MilaMae · 23/12/2010 13:39

Thanks,I'll let dp off the hook then,if I ring him once more with forgotten items he might just kill me.Grin
